Responsibilities

Your main tasks & responsibilities:

❖ Draft and post job ads and source candidates using various channels: job-boards, social networks...

❖ First contact with the candidates and validation of their suitability for the projects

❖ Plan interviews for business managers and following up the recruitment process.

❖ Enhance the mapping processes between candidates and current open positions.

❖ Bring weekly and monthly recruiting reporting to the Management and deliver pro-active recommendations in order to optimize the process and reduce the recruitment lead time. ❖ Optimize the current sourcing strategy

❖ Animating several sourcing channels to attract candidates (Campus Management, Social Media...)

Skills

Job Requirements:

o Fluent GERMAN and/or FRENCH (minimum a C1 level) and English (MANDATORY).

o Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources or in Business.

o At least 5-6 months of experience in Recruitment. Very valuable in IT/Tech sector

o An open-mind, relational easiness and tenacity will be real assets for this position.

o Excellent organizational and communication skills.

o Self-demanding and autonomous.

o Be a good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active.

o Goal oriented capable of prioritizing your own tasks but being also a team player keeping a focus on the company's interests.

o Good with initiative and motivation to reach planned & ambitious goals.

o Ability to build relationships and gain credibility at every level of the organization.

o Assertiveness, diplomatic personality and ability to work in a changing environment.
