To further strengthen our Business activities, ALTEN BELGIUM is actively looking for : 

 Talent Acquisition and Development Intern 



As part of an international recruitment team, your main tasks & responsibilities will consist in:



  • Being in charge of the recruitment process for Business Managers for Belgium and Support staff
  • Searching, screening, selecting, interviewing business development profiles
  • Preparing job descriptions and developing creative recruitment solutions in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff;
  • Managing autonomously your candidates pipe
  • Ensure your activity is properly input in the information systems


Project coordination:

  • Develop and animate new recruitment & comm actions to attract candidates within ALTEN Belgium
  • Actively collaborate with the local business teams and develop a strong and sustainable network
  • Setting up Campus Management activities with selected Schools, Universities in Belgium & France
  • Managing the integration process of the new hired Business Managers
  • Exchange and brainstorm with international team in order to sharpen your recruitment methods and have a critical vision of your envirnment


Profile : 

  • Graduated from an Engineering or Business School (Master)
  • French speaker, English fluent,Dutch is a plus
  • You have a first successful experience in the recruitment department of a company
  • Result oriented
  • You have a good human contact, you are rigorous, figures oriented, dynamic, vivacious and with a very good synthesis spirit.
  • High level of integrity, commitment and maturity;
  • Operational and proactive skills with process-oriented mentality
  • You are a good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active
  • You are autonomous, you can manage your own priorities but you are also a team player keeping a focus on the company’s interests
  • You feel good with initiative and motivation to reach planned & ambitious goals
