Hardware Designer (m/f) System-On-Chip (SoC) Autonomous Driving

Introduction

Hit the road to ALTEN Engineering and develop the next generation of control units for autonomous driving. Currently, we are looking for engineers who work both interdisciplinarily and across locations. Those are supposed to undertake the software and hardware development as well as the system engineering for the control units of the driver assistance systems required for this.

Responsibilities

  • As a Hardware Designer (m/f) System-on-Chip you are responsible for the layout design and the testing of new control units for driving assistant systems in the automotive environment for autonomous driving
  • In doing so, you develop all interfaces concerning store, video and ethernet
  • You create the PCB-layout and FPGA-design while having the secondary responsibility for FPGA Aria 10 (Intel), Infineon Aurix, Mobile Eye SoC or Camera Eye SoC
  • Moreover, you support the conception of test systems and their design
  • In addition, you handle quality tasks like DFMEA and ensure the functional security

Skills

  • You hold a degree in electrical engineering or in any comparable degree program
  • Hardware design experiences of digital high speed circuits and knowledge of PCB-Layout and FPGA-Design enlarge your profile
  • Furthermore, you are experienced in working with VHDL and/or MicroCap
  • Your knowledge in conductor board layout designs is an advantage for us
  • Good English and German complete your profile
